Mike
Simpson
Mike Simpson has been with Jacksonville Water Works since August of 1977,
He has worked his way through the ranks and was selected to serve as General
Manager of Jacksonville Water Works in July of 2008. He is married to his
wife Katrina and has five children and three grand children.
Mike currently serves on the Lonoke White Public Water Authority Board, is Vice-Chairman of the Central District of Arkansas Water Works and Water Environment Association, is a member of the Jacksonville Rotary Club, and received the Arkansas State and Central District's Water Works & Water Environment Association Water Works Outstanding Achievement Awards for Utilities with Population 5001 and Over for the year 2002.
Mike enjoys working to meet the challenges that managing a public water system offers and is a longtime resident of the Great City of Jacksonville.
Don
Allen
Don Allen's tenure with Jacksonville Water Works dates back to 1978. He
left for a period of time to further his education and to start a business
of his own but rejoined the Water Works in 1992. Don has worked in many
departments of the utility and is currently the Field Operations Administrator.
Don has his Distribution and Treatment Class IV Water License, Waste Water Treatment Operator Class III License, Arkansas State Board of Health Plumbing Inspector License, Arkansas State Board of Health Assembly Testing and Assembly Repair Technician License.
Don is married to Kathy and they have one son.
Michelle
Clark
Michelle Clark began her career with Jacksonville Water Works in December
of 1977. Starting as a cashier she has gradually moved up to where she
is today as Business Office Administrator. She enjoys working with customers
and employees alike.
Michelle is married to Gerald Clark and has two sons.
In Michelle's spare time she volunteers with American Cancer Society and enjoys all sporting events especially the Arkansas Razorbacks.
